Since opening in 2004, the mission of Dr. Jorge A. Sabin & Saluda Lake Medical Center has been to provide high-quality, personalized care to our patients. We believe in incorporating the best practices of medical treatment, including natural medicines & therapies (when appropriate). Counseling in healthy life choices, including diet & exercise, is also part of our philosophy.
